Lessons / Cancellation Policy

Hay Street Farm offers a range of different lessons with something to suit everyone.

If you wish to ride weekly / fortnightly, please pay at the beginning of each school term up to 1/2 term in FULL, this will ensure your slot for that period.

If you have to cancel for any reason your lesson will be charged for but I will do my very best to rebook within that week. / fortnight . (This however I cannot guarantee - please note they cannot be added to the next term). Cancellation within 48 hours unfortunately cannot be rebooked.

If I have to cancel lessons I will either refund or reschedule.

We don't run lessons on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

If you do not wish to keep your lesson slot then please let me know as soon as possible.

Body protectors are strongly advised to be worn at all times when riding.

Body protectors MUST be worn for Cross Country jumping (I only have a limited supply of these so if you want to do more jumping you must purchase your own).
All riders who are riding off lead rein must wear correct riding footwear, wellingtons and trainers are not suitable. hats supplied by myself are to be used for a limited time only if you are having regular lessons you must purchase your own.
Please ensure riders have the correct clothing. Vest tops are NOT suitable for riding. Your arms should be covered. Insect bites, brambles, horse bites! Hurt on bare skin.
