Hay Street Farm offers a range of different lessons with something to suit everyone.

If you wish to ride weekly / fortnightly, please pay at the beginning of each school term up to 1/2 term in FULL, this will ensure your slot for that period.

If you have to cancel for any reason your lesson will be charged for but I will do my very best to rebook within that week. / fortnight . (This however I cannot guarantee - please note they cannot be added to the next term).

Cancellation within 48 hours unfortunately cannot be rebooked.

If I have to cancel lessons I will either refund or reschedule.

We don't run lessons on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Any concerns before you commit please speak to Michelle.

If you do not wish to keep your lesson slot then please let me know as soon as possible.
